For Grievance & Whistle Blowing policies Alastora welcome all grievances and the opportunity to resolve the issues for you in the shortest manner of time also for our whistle blowing policy we are open to listening and investigating all complaints and of course this is anonymous. For both policies, we aim to respond and acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve within seven days.
